Dear Team:Info,

We have been working hard on a comprehensive guide to make it easy for teams to make shift schedule for angels. We would like to test if everything is as clear as we assume it is. We selected you for the testrun, because we think you excel at communication and information! We also know that you have some prior experience with shifts and the Engelsystem.

We send you a link to the Shift Guide and a form as attachment. Please read the guide carefully to start thinking about how you want to shape your schedule. You will need angels to run the infodesk, but maybe you want other shift types too... If you want angels to come to an introduction meeting, when would that be. What will be the opening hours of the infodesk, etc etc. Please also consider the request of team family to think about shifts for children. They won’t be entered into the Engelsystem, but you could make a description.

Then you can use the form (note it is in .odt format), to structure the information about the desired shift into a format that's easy for us to fill the Engelsystem. (We know the form contains too many locations at this moment. We will limit those in the final version.) We have also included an example form, filled with shifts to inspire you.

While you are using the guide, and filling out the form, please keep track of all your thoughts and suggestions to make it better. It has to work for both experienced and unexperienced shift makers. If you have questions, please send them to us during your process. We can also organise a virtual meet if you want.

We would like to send the instructions to all teams at the beginning of april, so if you could get back to us with form and your comments in about two weeks, that would be great!

Kind regards,

Team:Volunteers
