<p dir="ltr">Hi Emily,</p>
<p dir="ltr">I can't comment on the parking aspect, we have some parking set aside for less mobile people close to the entrance. There is also an accessible camping area noted on the map, near hard standing and both accessible showers, toilets and the supermarket to cover all eventualities. </p>

<p dir="ltr">If you have contacts with a Village as well and want to be with them, they are all shown on the map and the Villages page on the wiki should include additional contact information. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Have a safe journey and see you at the event! </p>

I am CCing Simon from the accessibility team also. I am going to be arriving today, but I have unfortunately been delayed so will be getting in at 10:30pm, which I understand is after the parking team have finished. Are you able to give guidance on what I should do? If arriving too late means I have missed my chance to arrive today, I can sleep in my car for the night, but I'd appreciate guidance on knowing where nearby I could temporarily park.</div><div><br></div><div>Additionally, I was wondering how far away parking is from the campsite for people who have a parking ticket for less mobile people (vmezjgfb47dq74dahr4n6j7kth6qx5ba). I apologise, I should have been more diligent and enquired about this sooner, but I have been swamped with work to try to ensure I was well enough to come to this event. </div><div><br></div><div>MmmIn terms of camping location, in case my preferences will affect the optimal parking location, I'm on my own and I do not know anyone who is going to this event. I do know that there is a UK village, and although I won't know anyone there, I know that there are people local to my area who will be there, so I guess I have a mild preference of being near there? However, based on past experiences at music festivals, I have found that the most significant thing for me is proximity to facilities and amenities: if there is a place that is close to water refill sites, toilets etc., and also somewhat close to the parking area, then that is probably my only preference.</div><div><br></div><div>I'm going to resume driving now, so if you reply, I likely won't see it until I am almost there. If you need to contact me to tell me information that I need to know before I arrive (such as if you need to say "don't come, find somewhere else to sleep tonight"), please call me on +447985565363. </div><div><br></div><div>Finally, I was going to apologise for the inconvenience caused by me turning up late, and not having figured out this stuff sooner etc., but I've been working really hard at not feeding internalised ableism by apologising too much. Instead, I will say thank you for your patience and support. I have been tremendously burnt out, and so looking forward to this event has been keeping me going. It is nice that, despite the present uncertainty and me generally being a bit of a mess, I am able to trust that we'll be able to figure something out. The community vibe of this event is a huge part of why I felt safe enough to buy a ticket, so thank you to you and all the other volunteers.</div><div><br></div><div>Best wishes</div><div><br></div><div>Emily Green</div></body></html></blockquote></div>
