<div dir="ltr"><div dir="ltr">Hello Team Terrain,<div><br></div><div>We just saw the Noise Gradient on the Wiki ( <a href="https://wiki.why2025.org/File:NoiseGradient.png" target="_blank">https://wiki.why2025.org/File:NoiseGradient.png</a> ) and the current spot of the CTF Tent is quite 'blue'. During the fieldday we noticed that the current location of the tent is also quite close to a row of campers. </div><div><br></div><div>During the previous events we have found that the CTF players tend to keep playing till very late at night. The tent being crowded till late at night results in potential noise as well. We do not think this is currently in line with the Noise Gradient. We really would like to avoid causing nuisance to others on the field. </div><div><br></div><div>We think that moving the CTF tent to a spot on the right-side of the "Deep Purple" field would be a better fit. I can also imagine that some of the tents currently around this spot would prefer to be in a less noisy environment. I don't think all teams are aware of the Noise Gradient and the potential impact of this. </div><div><br></div><div>We think the following area would be a good location for the CTF Tent (the black square): </div><div><br></div><div><img src="cid:ii_m9abum7p2" alt="image.png" width="562" height="299"><br></div><div><br></div><div>Please let us know if this is possible or if there are any concerns. <div>Therefore we think it makes sense to move the CTF tent to a
more noisy area. We do not have the insights you have on which
parts of the field are suited for tent placement. But an area
which we think would make sense is to the right of the Track 3
tent (near the small bridge). </div>
