<div>Thanks for getting back to us! This email contains all information you need to make <b>a shift schedule</b>. We have made <a href="https://pad.ifcat.org/s/sByKBjngg" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" title="https://pad.ifcat.org/s/sByKBjngg" target="_blank">shift guidelines</a> that will tell you everything you always wanted to know about shifts! They will also provide hints on how to make your shifts attractive to angels and how to connect with Heaven effectively to make shifts run as smoothly as possible.</div>

<p style="margin: 0;">We have tested the guide on multiple experts and they were very happy to go through these guidelines that comprise years of experience with the Engelsystem and the handling of shifts. We hope it will be the same experience for you.</p>

<p style="margin: 0;">So start by reading the guide and scanning the attached template form (note it is .odt format) and the vampire-themed example! Then you may have to meet with your team to gather more information. After that you can start filling out your schedule. You will probably have to get back to the guide while filling out the form to make your shifts even better! Any questions? Just send us a message and we will get back to you asap.</p>

<div>We will be trying to coordinate the volunteers during buildup and teardown. I understood that it will be done on a big whiteboard. But probably not starting at day -8 since there won't be a heaven to put the board in ;-) I've put the topic on our teams agenda to discuss during a meeting. </div>
