<p>For the first question we refer you to team:villages since we
would like to process sponsors the same as villages for build-up
purposes.</p>
<p>For question two: In our tent list BIT does not show up. Could
you send us an updated sponsor list? <br>
For your concrete question: Whether the bus can be on the field
strongly depends on where they are. @villages, where do you have
them, I can't find them.</p>

want to drive all the way to their tent during the build-up,

has kindly opted to bring a bus (really large bus) instead of
using a tent. Which helps us avoid the cost of setting one up
