Hey Sponsors and Terrain,

1. It will depend a bit on weather but they will have to adhere to
the same rules as for villages: no cars on the grass, bring
equipment to deal with this(wheelbarrow, steekwagen, trolley).
When it is dry, some cars might be able to enter but this will be
VERY limited.
2. Please let BIT update their village info on the wiki saying
that they are bringing a bus :) More details: more better. For
context: it is Village:0/1, current location probably won't work,
needs revision then. Will have to discuss with team.

Regarding tent list, BIT indeed has no tent, that's why they're
bringing the bus ;)

Kind regards,

Hi Team:Sponsors,

For the first question we refer you to team:villages since we
would like to process sponsors the same as villages for build-up
purposes.

For question two: In our tent list BIT does not show up. Could
you send us an updated sponsor list?
For your concrete question: Whether the bus can be on the field
strongly depends on where they are. @villages, where do you have
them, I can't find them.

Best,
Hi team:terrain (and team:villages),

We have a couple of questions regarding the build-up phase:

Some of our sponsors may
want to drive all the way to their tent during the build-up,
while vehicle access is still permitted. Will this be
allowed / possible?

One of our sponsors, BIT,
has kindly opted to bring a bus (really large bus) instead
of using a tent. Which helps us avoid the cost of setting
one up for
them. However I can imagine that this brings some additional challenges with regards to location. Do you have any thoughts on this?

Thanks in advance for your help!
