<p>Hi Xu,</p>
<p><br>
</p>
<p>Sure! I'll list them per question:</p>
<p><br>
</p>
<p>- Are you in charge of buildup and teardown? <br>
- Yes<br>
- How many teams and volunteers do you need and expect on which
day?<br>
- This is a bit difficult to answer, and we have two answers
for you depending on the use case of this information:</p>
<p> - Starting day -5 (<span>Thu 31-07</span>) we think everyone
that wants can show up, and we definitely have work for everyone
that realistically will be there. Before that the amount of work
is limited but non-zero. So if people are asking when to come tell
them -5, unless you think they know exactly what they are doing
then -6 a handful would useful as well.</p>
<p> - Team:Terrain probably shows up on day -8, but we don't
think that anyone else will really be there.<br>
- For food planning purposes we have some rough predictions of
the number of people we expect to be there including teams and
angels: On Sunday (-4) we expect around 75 people and on Tuesday
we expect around 200 people. These are guestimations on our part,
but maybe it helps us align expectations.<br>
- Do you keep an overview of activities during buildup? <br>
- Yes, for the stuff that we have an influence on<br>
- Example: No for precise deco things; Yes for
flatterbanding, or tent building<br>
- If you need a complete list let us know then we can try
giving you a list of what is to be done on certain days so the
volunteers showing up on a day have an idea of what to expect. <br>
- Does it make sense to have for instance two short meetings per
day to connect acivities with volunteers? <br>
- I don't know exactly what you mean with this question: In
case you mean meeting with the angels: In the morning there will
be start of day announcements to the angels and we will use this
for communication.<br>
- In case it's about communication with Team:Volunteers: We
think fixed meeting once a day may be sensible, but we will
communicate new tasks that need to be done to you online (in the
algorithmic sense), so there will just have to be a lot of walking
into each others 'office'<br>
- Contact information? Will you have a call group? <br>
</p>
<p> - During early build-up there will be no dect, therefore we
will use radio and one of us will probably always be manning our
'office', so one can find us</p>
<p><br>
</p>
<p>Let us know if you have any further questions!</p>
<p><br>
</p>
<p>Best,<br>
Gina</p>
