Hey,

I heard from one of my colleagues from SOC that you guys are looking for foodstands for your event in July 2025.

Apart from working in the cyber security field, I also run a vegan catering business with my partner. We have different concepts that we serve at festivals.

Could you tell me more about spot rental, fee's and what you are looking for exactly?
How many visitors do you expect?

Our catering is called The Anarchist cook, we can be found on Instagram and that's it actually, since we source most of our festivals and events ourselves or we get invited.

We work on a field kitchen basis where we cook all dishes right on the spot.
And example for our menu last year at Vogelpop:
- Breakfast - Overnight oats
- Lunch/Diner - Gulash, Lentil soup with bread.
- Snacks - Fried cauliflower wings, lumpia's, nuggets, applecake.

We work with mostly local products and all our disposables are eco friendly. We also offer the option for a small discount if people take their own plates and cutlery.
