Hello Wido,

I will probably be at pickup, as for drop off on location: everything will be packed and labeled with “deco” and should be dropped at the Deco tent. It will be “weather resistant” packing, so it can just be dropped on the terrain if the deco tent isn’t up yet.

Currently MY stuff is going to be : about 6 Samla boxes of electronics and miscellaneous, 12 bundles of PVC piping of lengths from 1m to max 2m. 1 set of podium trusses ( 4x 2m40, make sure transport can accommodate those), 1 bike, and one small bike-trailer.

Everything will be at my place ( Fazantstraat 144 Enschede), and I should be there on pick-up. I’d appreciate a phone call one the day itself with an ETA by the driver. My phone: 06 81 49 82 74.

In my list: Point 2) and 3) should be coordinated with Auke ( Poefke), he probably already sent an email about it.
