[why2025-deco] Installation Proposal for WHY2025 festival

We are so excited to bring it to the WHY!

- IBAN number + name to send the money to - NL12 REVO 8844 8373 15 ; Maryna
Onopriichuk - it's just a personal account, so can't provide invoice, let
me know if that's an issue, we'll find a way;
total budget is around 1500 euros; if this amount is too much, at least
1300 euros ; but usually better a bit extra ( cos we both don't have a car,
and logistics with materials might be a bit challenging in case we have
some money left, we can return :)
- when you would arrive at camp to build it up - let us know when we can
arrive, I guess 7th August, or if you guys are opening camp even earlier,
let us know, we'll plan accordingly
- if you need help with buildup (or teardown) - that would be great, if
some hands on build ( teardown) :) The most important buildup
