[mch2022-deco] NUTS request for inventory of equipment with high power usage

Hello teams,

For the design of the power grid on WHY2025 we need to know where high power device are.
We specify those devices as over ~9KW, device that have the red CEE plugs on them.
Think of pizza ovens, cooling containers, garbage compactors.
