[Entertainment] Volunteers for Team:Entertainment [Ticket#42571]

Hello Erik,

We at Team:Volunteers will manage all volunteers (called angels) during the why2025 camp. We do this in the so called Engelsystem. To set this up we need your volunteer shift schedule.

We’ve put together shift guidelines and a form to help you make the camp the best experience for you, us and your angels. Follow in Team:Info and Team:Badge’s footsteps and start scheduling!They found the guide very helpful and now feel more prepared to take the next steps.

First, a simple question:do you need volunteers during camp at all? If not, just let us know.
If you do need volunteers, who should we email about the shift schedule? This person will work with us on the schedule and would be expected to create a draft schedule in the coming weeks.

We would like to have this contact before Thursday April 17th so we can send the guide and form and start the process.
