sorry for the late Email, I thought Xu informed you already about being 
in contact with me but maybe that didn't work out.

I have had chats with her about the idea of kids-angles a couple of 
weeks ago and am in contact with her on IRC.

Sadly, I am not sure what kind of form you want me to fill out, but feel 
free to send it via mail. You can also reach me on IRC or signal. On IRC 
my username is Funpikachu, the one for signal can be send in private if 
wanted.
