Hey Team Infodesk,

team ticket will be at the infodesk:

August 10-12 from 1-2pm for late comers to need wristbands, one volunteer
or one of us

We have talked about it briefly in bitlair a couple months back :)

I have final opening hours of Entrance, you can publish the visitor part
if you like:

Buildup phase and sweatshops - orga gets their wristbands through the
team leads, team leads get them from thomas

Day -1, Aug 6 Entrance tent, 10-18

Day 0, Aug 7 Entrance tent, 10-22

Day 1, Aug 8 Entrance tent, 12-18

Day 2, Aug 9 Entrance tent, 12-18

Last days, Aug 10-12 Info tent, 1-2pm

Vendors, speakers, press, suppliers get their wristbands from entrance
and get picked up there. If they come to you first somehow, call their
contact to come get them.

Outside of entrance opening hours, wristbands and welcome packages are
taken to the warehouse.

Volunteers at the entrance and ticket orga person can be reached by
radio, we are still working on the DECTs.

We are a team of 2-3 people and doing all shifts etc during the opening,
it is possible you can not locate someone quickly outside those hours.

There are rules for camping site (required by the municipality) available
at the Entrance.

Parking tickets can be bought with cash at Info tent or online, Entrance
has no cash operation.
