Hi Jelco,

Great to hear from you, great to learn that you are coming to WHY2025 
this august. You are more than welcome to come and volunteer at join our 
team:info.

Team:Info is the team that has multiple responsibility's. Our main 
purpose is to make sure we communicate to the visitors and all orga 
volunteers (all people that help build the hackercamps).

We have bi-weekly meetings, you can find the link on our wiki too, at 
the bottom of the page in the meeting schedule. This wednesday you can 
join and listen in.

If you like we can meet like 30minutes before the meeting starts and I 
can onboard you, which means as much as we talk about what we do, and I 
try to answer your questions as best as I can.
