When it comes to furniture planning, we unfortunately need to focus right now on the congress preparation. We will focus again on WHY2025 after 38C3 congress has happened.

Dear Rob, 

Thanks for reaching out to me! Of course you can join the meeting now and then, but right now we need to find a proper slot for the next one. The general idea was to have the meeting always directly after the orga jitsi. Let me get that confirmed. 

For now there is not much information, since we are waiting for boels to confirm rental numbers & costs etc. This will only happen in October (according to Manduca). 

What you can order from Moebelhaus is mostly beertent furniture sets, chairs, tables, bartables/ & -chairs and most likely fridges. Everything is with Manduca (onsite logistics) and you might want to contact him for other items.

I’m reaching out as your WHY2025 Info-liaison. If you have information for example for the website, later available in the field, etc. then you can contact me to arrange that for you. My question; can I join your meeting every now and then, among other things to introduce myself, but also to hear how things are going?

Additionally I’ve another question about services that team:moebelhaus can deliver to team:info.

Part of our budget will go to materials during the event, like a tent on the terrain, chairs, desks, a printer, printerpaper, signs, storage bins, etc.

Do you have a catalog to see what materials you can deliver and that we can use to estimate the costs related to these kind of materials?
