I think I understand your concern.

Explained
We requested 4 gators:

  1.  Electric for Security
  2.  First aid with ambulance unit
  3.  Fire with fire unit (300L water)
  4.  Fire for transportation of the large amount of harware we need to ship over the terrain (240 fire extinguishers, lights, fire exits, etc). This was a learning from last time that the fire unit is not able to ship equipment.

As mentioned I hoped that number 3 was not needed and therefore I did not write it in the permit. The fireman on the city council day however mentioned that we would need it. So lets await formal communication on that, but I rather take it off than not have it upfront.

Mistake
The  2 gatorss  you are reffering to are not gators in itself, they are the fire and first aid unit that is stacked on top of the gator.
So you order a normal gator and place place the 2 extension units on top of it.

3 x15511 (diesel gator)
1x15523 (electric gator)

The electric gator does not fit the ambulance unit on top of it, so that we need to change.

Hi Team:Safety,

We are walking through some numbers and have some questions for your team.

- On the boels order list there are 6 gators for team:safety:

With this, your team is more than 25% contributor to all gators ordered.
While I can see the purpose of a ambu and fire gator, I dont see a need for 4 regular gators.
Can you please check your reservation or explain the need for so many gators as it sounds abundant?

- Portable units order (schakelunits):

Glenn (NUTS) said to me that you requested:
EHBO/Safety • 1x 20ft leeg, 4x 20ft accomodatie (2x Koppel) (1x wc + keukenblok), 1x kantoor

But I know there are 3 units ordered through rentwereld.
Do you really need 8 units in total?
What has changed here with MCH2022, where you had 1 unit for security and 1 unit for EHBO?
