[Logistics-leads] Boels order adjustment

Hi Manduca,

 

As discussed per chat, we would like to reduce the barstools order by 50. We
had 80 in total, which means we would like to keep 30 of them.

 

As for the beer tent furniture sets, I did not get any response so far. I´ll
let you know, if that happens until tomorrow. 

 

Everything is currently a bit of a guess, because the sponsors have not yet
ordered anything from the shop and last time orders were placed until a few
days before the event. I know very well & fully understand that you would
like to finalize everything now, but in case we won´t get a major part of
the items rented, I would come back to you – just to make sure the
organization is not losing a lot of money with it.
