To be clear:
I only manage what is rented from Boels; so tents are not my department. PL/netsmurf is managing that afaik.

We only cater for Teams; so I’ll regard this request as for Team:Info only. You need to add the costs to your own budget.

What kind/size of table do you want? Inside/outside?
I’ll asume a model Cuba for the chairs.
For the lights you need to specify partnumbers of what you exactly want.
