Gator/Site-Carrier

Moebelhaus already has a dedicated gator this time, so they won't need 
to use the one from on-site logistics.
And team:warehouse/volunteers has 3 gators with driver to do chores, 
drop-offs, etc.

We are looking to minimize the amount of gators assigned dedicated as 
much as possible, as they almost always give headaches (teams having to 
break their back because of a lack of gator, while another team has a 
gator doing nothing at the same time).
