[Nuts] Power distribution box 32#05

Ohai,

I am writing on behalf of the team doing the hardware workshops in 'Fobos'.
First, will there be some kind of distribution to the tables already 
planned/prepared? Currently we assume no, and plan our own power 
distribution for the soldering workshops.

The wiki https://wiki.why2025.org/Facilities#Power says that there won't 
be any 16A CEE.
* Will that box be inside the Workshop tent?
* Is that also true for the box 32#05? It only has 32A uplink, so we 
hope it has one free 3-phase red CEE.
* If not, how many free Schuko can we expect? We will be okay with 2-3 
schukos for the workshops as well.
* Alternatively, is a 32A->16Amp adapter with 16A breakers in our own 
16A distribution box acceptable?
