[Nuts] Water/Sewage hookup at Chrząszczyżewoszyce

Dear NUTS team,

we at the Chrząszczyżewoszyce village [1] would like to run a community 
bar (espresso, beer, other drinks). It would help us immensely if we 
could get a hookup to freshwater/sewage for that.

I know it's probably a bit late for that, but I'm still hoping we could 
maybe arrange something. We're happy to put in physical work to help 
make this happen.
