[Nuts] Power at PDU400#12

Hi NUTS Team,

We trying to connect our Village to the Distribution Box. There seems to be no Power coming to our Tent. On the Distribution Box alll Phases seem to have Power and all Fuses should be correct. We are not sure about the Switches needing a Key. 

Can you let us know if this Box is ok or when Power will be ready?
