[Nuts] Nuts layers in DB

Hi Sjors,

You can add layers in the database by rightclicking the schema and 
pressing add table.
The layers will not automatically show up in the online map.
They are exposed by the API though, so a very curious nerd could find them.
I don't think anyone will.

For adding layers I need a style.
The current style file can be found here 
https://gitlab.com/why2025/team-terrain/draft-map-web/-/blob/master/html/style_osm_bright.json?ref_type=heads 
it's a json, I trust you can figure it out.
You can either do a pull-request on that repo and assign it to me, or 
you can just e-mail me the name of the layer and a color.
