[Nuts] Important request additional electricity WHY2025 - Sponsor tent Leaseweb

Dear Mr. / Mrs., 

We are assisting Leaseweb who has a sponsor tent at the WHY2025 event in
August. 

With regard to electricity we would need more electricity for their stand
then what is currently provided. 

Standard provided = One 230V 16A power connection with SCHUKO sockets are
available for all villages within 50 meters.   

For the Leaseweb tent, we would need additional electricity or groups with
regard to some of the below items. For this we would need a 3x 230V/16A
power connection or 1x 16A/380V 5p.

 

             Group distribution would be:

            - 2x fridge + popcorn machine

            - 20x connection laptop (estimation)

            - Other laptops / Mood light

 

Can we order this with you? And can you let us know the costs involved?

Please in your reply can you include everyone on cc as next week I will be
on holiday.
