[Nuts] Statistics for MQTT/Grafana

Hey Team:NUTS,

For the MQTT feed and Grafana instance of WHY I am looking for more
datapoint we can add.

Can Team:NUTS help us out by providing us additional datapoints, or
telling us how to retrieve these ourselves?

What I can think of from the top of my head:
 - Per phase voltage, current. Net frequency
 - Battery charge, current, load%
 - Shuttle charger status, load
 - Water usage, flowrate

We currently already support delivering these values straight to our
MQTT server, or alternatively we can grab it from an
OpenMetrics/Prometheus-compatible endpoint at regular intervals (but
given the nature of some of these datapoints we would rather want
something more frequent).
