[sha2017-orga] evicting kartent teardown volunteers?

Team Waste would be more than willing to take your Kartent at the end of teardown on friday (the Kartent people do the eviction on wednesday).

Clearly mark your kartent as still in use!!! Tell others to do the same! Put it in a spot where it’s safe!
