[sha2017-orga] SHA LHQ tracking statistics

When reading the statistics, keep in mind:

- Many disposables (including permanent markers, pens, flatterband) were
  untracked but widely available.
- People who needed just a few tiewraps, didn't have to check out the
  bag.
- Dedicated team resources (e.g. gaffer tape for productiehuis) were
  untracked.
- We ended with a lot of half+ used roles of ducttape, so don't interpret
  the numbers here (17 roles of ducttape) as the amount of ducttape
  used; it's much more. Also, there's what I call the "ducttape paradox"
  which means you have to buy lots of extra ducttape, and put it on
  display, to avoid hoarding and spending too much money by trying to
  save it.
