[sha2017-orga] July 15th Badge-kit assembly day, pls halp!

Hi everyone, we need your help. We're going to build all the badge kits
(everything that is in the bag except the badge) next saturday, july 15th.

We estimate that with 16 volunteers it will be 3 hours of work to build
4000 kits. At the moment we're at 10 volunteers.

So we know how much snacks and drinks we need to buy. We want to take good
care of you!

We'll start at 12.00, and yes we can use late arrivals too. Location is
Revspace Den Haag and is noted on the Wiki.

The process has been analyzed and optimized yesterday by a few volunteers
and we think we have a nice scalable system that is friendly for your back
and is not entirely mind-numbing ;)

PS: Can't make it this weekend? Well you're in luck! We'll do a second
sweatshop closer to the event to flash the badges, mount the display and
package them nicely in the badge kit! Details on that event will follow
later, but we've set a preliminary date on the 22nd of july (but that will
depend on the manufacturer and shipping and customs).
