[sha2017-orga] Scooter access to the field?

Hello,

we are considering to rent a small 50cc scooter to go picking up stuff
in the city and getting back to the camp.

Is it allowed to get into the field up to our Italian Embassy (just
pushing it by hand, with engine off while into-the-field like if it's a
bike) ?
