If you haven't seen it already, please check out:

A special request to everybody that is joining for buildup (I am
assuming most people on this list will at some point during buildup show
up ;)), please create an account in the engelsystem @
https://angel.sha2017.org/ and fill in your planned arrival and
departure date. This will help us a lot with making sure there is enough
food for everybody present on a given day, and making sure we don't
spoil too much by preparing too much.

If you want to sign up for buildup shifts already then let yourself be
marked as 'arrived' by poking me or RalfK on IRC, or sending us a mail
at team-volunteers at lists.sha2017.org, after which you can sign up for
these (and other) shifts in the engelsystem.

Keep in mind that during build-up and teardown your SHA2017 high-vis
vest will be the 'token' that grants you free crew/angel food, during
the event this will be done based on your crew wristband.


We've also been working (and still are) on our wiki page @
https://wiki.sha2017.org/w/Volunteering where more info will appear in
the coming days and weekend! If you are missing something here, feel
free to add ;)


I will be contacting individual teams shortly to verify their volunteer
shift requirements, make sure information about on-site training is
properly written down (when applicable), and finally how we will handle
the distribution of food-tokens.


If you have any other Team:Volunteer related questions, I would gladly
hear about it!
