[sha2017-orga] Badge shipment & sweatshop update

Hi everyone,

Just to let you know: the first 1k and 1.5k shipments are on their way (we requested daily shipments from our supplier to minimize shipment risk). Assuming the manufacturer can hold up this speed of 1.5k per day all boards should be shipped on friday.

The first shipment is due to arrive on monday but if we’re lucky it will arrive on friday enabling Saturday or Sunday as a sweatshop day (mounting displays, flashing software and packaging). If this happens we’ll let you know! We need about 10 people to operate the sweatshop and my optimistic calculations show that we could run 1000 badges in about 1 hour. Lets assume a worst-case of 2 hours. Lets see if we can make that happen ;)

For the moment i’m considering doing a sweatshop next tuesday, starting early (10 AM, Revspace will get busy in the afternoon/evening as it is their social evening) but it will depend on the number of hands available and boards in house. Let me know if you have time and are willing and able to come to the Hague.
