[sha2017-orga] Waste: the plan

Hi, just a short update on one of the most important bits of infra we have
at SHA2017: the waste removal structure.

Team Waste has 3 members: Maeddoc, Pwuts and myself.

We've ordered big toys and a lot of stuff: 2 presses, 200 wheelie bins (240
liter), a glass recycle bin and a paper recycle bin.

The bins will be distributed around the camping and event area's and at the
main crossroads. Each site has a poster with a QR code to report on the
state of the bins. Those reports go to waste.sha2017.org, our waste
management system. From there we can plan routes and keep visitors informed
on where they can drop their waste.

At day 5 of the event we will add two more bins to the field, the coarse
waste bins. All teams (not villages except Family village which is a team
not a village) can use their requested bin space from that moment until the
weekend.

Schedule and service:

Tomorrow Maeddoc will take delivery of the first press and the 200 wheelie
bins. The rest will arrive on Monday. Sunday and Monday Maeddoc and myself
will be busy deploying bins everywhere. During buildup we will do a 'if
needed' service with a main focus on the volunteer field and primarily the
kitchen/mess hall.

During the event we will do a daily route for the camping fields. Event
tents (No, Pa, Re, Pi, Tau) we'll probably empty in the morning and maybe
somewhere in the afternoon/evening as well, depending on need.

The bars, lounges, tarps and foodcourt will be managed by angels or staff
by teams bar, lounge and foodcourt.

During teardown we will mainly BOFH the coarse waste bins and remove our
bin infrastructure slowly from the field. We have brought some big toys to
make big waste small.

Hope this covers any questions, but if you have any, feel free to ask.
