[sha2017-orga] An uncomfortable issue ...

Hi All,

We understand this discussion on the orga list and these topics are exactly the reason we have a CoC.

Unfortunately there is a small group of people in the community of Dutch and German hacker events and/or related communities that are unable to behave themselves in accordance with rules that we have stated in the CoC. We have decided that this group is not welcome to SHA2017 and they will be notified in advance of the event.

For privacy reasons we will not disclose who is on this list or the reasons why they are not welcome at SHA2017. However, in the case of Jacob Applebaum the reasons are clear enough (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jacob_Appelbaum#Allegations_of_sexual_misconduct) and we can confirm that he is not welcome at the event.
