[sha2017-orga] Ruby skills needed for content team

Hi all,

The content is looking for someone with ruby + web skills. The system they use is FRAB, which is in need for some standby support and sanity checking the current setup/config.

If you have experience with ruby / know someone, and/or want to contribute to SHA (and all the other conferences that use FRAB), please let me know!
