[sha2017-orga] Team Badge update & Sweatshop dates

Hi everyone,

* Sweatshop weekend *

We hope to have all the parts in hand to do a sweatshop packaging weekend
the 15th (and if needed the 16th of July) at Revspace

Sweatshop weekend means assembling the kits we're handing out to our
visitors. It is a fun experience and we'll take good care of you. No
technical expertise is required, just carefull work.

We need about 20 to 30 hackers to join us on saturday the 15th. Lets see
how much stuff we can pack in how short of a time. We're assembling around
4000 badge-kits with an upper limit of 4500 depending on board-testing (we
test a board before packaging it)

Please note that the dates are picked on our best effort guestimate of when
the manufacturer will have the boards done and shipped to us. The total
worst case is that we need to move to the 22nd of July but we'll let you
know).

* Emulator *
We're hard at work with the software. If you'd like a sneak early preview
an emulator is available on the visitor wiki:

Please note that the emulator and the software is a fast moving development
target with numerous commits each day. Expect things to change fast!
