[sha2017-orga] Water: fresh and sewage (for village kitchens)

Hey,

We are from the Belgian embassy, neighbours of the Italian embassy.
It would be nice for us also to have water connection.
If there is material needed, maybe we could share costs?
Could someone give coordinates where the shortest water connection is?
