[sha2017-orga] village wiki template editing and fixing, who to ask?

Hello,

i'm trying to work on the Italian Village to bring all of the
information in Italian for the italian folks:
https://wiki.sha2017.org/w/Village:ItalianEmbassy

Is it possible to edit the village template, in particular to move the
participant lists to the bottom of the page?

On our wiki page we also have broken characters from the list of
participants with "-5 cannot be assigned to a declared number of type
with value 4" and don't know how to fix it from wiki editing page?
