Given that we'll have a fairly tight schedule in practice, we probably
would like speakers to move away from the stage quickly after their
talks. At OHM we had a media cafe, which allowed for press interviews,
audience questions that could not be done during the talk timeslot etc.

What place would take on this function, if any?
