[sha2017-orga] Team mailinglist moderation queues

Dear Orga members,

It happens quite often that your team mailinglists have been configured 
to put every mail from outside your team in the moderation queue. Which 
may or may not be understandable, given the prevalence of spam. However, 
this also means that you have taken it upon yourself to look frequently 
into your moderation queue for mails from other teams *and* to flag 
other ORGA members' mail addresses for future automatic acceptance.

Otherwise you've created a bottleneck for coordination with other teams.

In short, get your behinds to your moderation queues and fix this.
