== Onboarding update ==

The first onboarding meeting happened. They're trying to make it easier to join the orga. Especially when there is a peak of joining the orga: esp if people are put off by covid.
We don't know what the impact will be on teams, if any.

Update from volunteering system: plan to finish in december, but we have a backup.


== Sysadmin update ==

Team is fully operational. Now processing tickets. If you need e-mail adresses or systems, then send in a ticket. -> sysadmin at mch2021.org
The wiki is being migrated, the angel system is being deployed.
Also working on authentication that is fancy.
Team:Sysadmi to come back to Team:Volunteering (SynQ) about Zammad usage for early volunteers

Zammad is being requested for angels.


== Badge update ==
Design is becoming beautiful, but not to be shared in the minutes. Will do a blogpost later, when we are ready.
No badgers where hurt in the process.
Bosch is sponsoring, for a motion and environmental sensor.


== Tickets question ==
Ordering furniture in the pretix system. Is that possible?
Prevention of renting one chair. Only a village can rent a tent + furniture.
If you need 20 tables and 50 chairs, then something can be arranged.

The idea is to have everything in the ticket shop, and not add things afterwards.
For certain articles there will be a time limit, for example tents.
Merch / shirts we've to order 3 month before the event.
Tents = 2 month, because of the drawing for the permit.
Tables / chairs is about 1 month.
We can give vouchers for later orders, that could not be ordered in normal conditions.
