- go / no go is re-evaluated
- stricter measurements may provide freedoms to the future
- We're continuing organizing, so if there is a chance for an event, we can have one

we are using Signal for direct communication
we started a floorplan

we will have a large lightsculpture made from tarps by Jagenau (Bornhack)
we have contact with Design folks and there is plenty of overlap (yay!)
we have a mailing list (without mails so far).

First meeting to know each other, and start working together.


=== Terrain & Mobelhaus ===
Planning, what can fit into a tent / order for villages will come via ticket system. Villages is a todo.

    Action: Tables and chairs question will be sent out by Lumi Chan
    Action: Redlizard will send out a question per team how much space they need


=== productiehuis ===
In the running to setup the tender for providers/rental companies.
Still waiting for bar and party stage, then we have to wait till the reactions come to the tent.
c3voc is on track :)

=== Terrain ===
We have started working on designing an overall site layout. In the process of sending mails to teams
where they want to be. Listing constraints for covid safety and traffic management.


=== Power ===
Team is nice in size. Working on mid voltage power / transformer still.


=== Volunteering ===
Always needs more people.

Angel system, a test of it, will be available at the end of the year. Otherwise we can use the angelsystem that we used last time.
