=== COVID-19 ===
Dutch government published a roadmap. First impression it's too soon to call anything on that.
Vaccination has begun in the Netherlands. Two vaccins are approved right now.
The 3rd one from Astra Zenica on the government road map the age group of 18-60 years without medical indications has filed all documents with the EU approval agency and the application is beeing reviewed.

Is being started. First meeting, mail sent out to ioc. Cohesion will provide assistance in getting things started.


==== Onboarding ====
Next meeting monday. Actions are being done, right people there. Deliverables will happen in the coming month. Ideas about what hinders or eases getting to know orga and finding a role/team to contribute to; please send those to Stitch.


==== POC ====
We have Bi-Weekly Meetups from now on (every Wed 19:00 before the Orga Mumble)
Coordination with other teams is starting - we will definitively contact you ;-))

==== Family ====
Had first of the regular meetings, team is booting and filling up the wiki with actions based on SHA2017 to bootstrap.
Renamed "Family Village" to "Family Zone" to specify the area, using Team Family to specify the team.

==== Tickets & Entrance ====
At this point, we have 805 "full price" tickets sold, 726 of those are paid. The remainder are spread across 70 orders with the first ones scheduled to expire next Monday. The "1k in April"-Goal seems to be within reach.

12 Friends Ticket Requests are waiting for a decission from PL.

279 of the 1000 Early Bird Tickets are still available until the End of the Month. Camper Tickets are already running low (8/100 still available).

==== Terrain ====
We have worked out possible approaches for the main terrain layout questions, which we will be discussing with key teams this week.  We plan to have an overall terrain layout sketch ready for the big orga meeting on the 16th.

==== Moebelhaus====

Proposal for renting tents & furniture setup in a separate ticket shop. To be aligned.


==== Villages ====
The wiki page is updated. 
The most imporant thing is not up there yet, is how villages have to deal with covid. If they can cook together, and many other questions. This is on the radar. Therefore tent sizes to order are not hard: it's a chicken and egg problem.
-> Remark from PL: this will be discussed in breakpoint meetings, earliest april. The tent company is really flexible.


==== Logistics ====
No update :(. Have been knock out of effective work on MCH by my job, the lockdown (homescholing) and other personal circumstances. Trying to restart in about a week....
