* 25 merch packages have been sent out, most posters are gone. There will be more.
* 10th of January there is a permit meeting at Zeewolde

* Have to make a decision about number of tracks, will talk to content and terrain
* Content has a meeting this weekend, productiehuis next monday

* Getting a new submission every other day, now at 91.
* A first high profile speaker has sent in an abstract.

=== Badge ===
* Chips are unstable: some are now unavailable, others _are_ available.
* Working on ways to buy components way beforehand (e.g. with crowdsourcing) to avoid volatility in availability
* Rebuilding relations with sponsors
