[mch2022-orga] Permit request sent to Zeewolde

Hi Orga,

Good news everyone! The permit request for MCH2022 has been sent to the municipality of Zeewolde. It was easy! Just 129 files with mostly custom content exclusively created for this event. Hundreds of pages, dozens of drawings... you get the gist :)

We want to thank everyone that was involved in drafting this request. It's a thorough piece of work!

Next up is the wait for the municipality to review/publish it, and for us to fill in some last "details" in the next months. Crucial stuff like: "wristband colors" :') 

We trust we'll be fine with this one.
