[mch2022-orga] Help wanted: updating shipping addresses spreadsheet

Thanks for all the edits! Due to your work the first 53 packages have been sent! (NL + BE).

The next batch is the packages for Germany, which still needs a bunch of addresses checked. Any more help would be appreciated.
