[mch2022-orga] Vouchers for beverages available for teams

Dear Bas,

If you are seven years old, you are not allowed on the site during buildup
and teardown. And alcoholic beverages are a no-no. 😁

I'll update the wiki at https://wiki.mch2022.org/Team:Horeca/Vouchers so
everything should be clearer (also for the other 7-year olds).
