Last online MCH2022 orga meeting, woohoo!

== Projectleiding: ==
    - working on-site. First shipments have come in.
    - covid guidelines have been posted on wiki
    -
- At request of the municipality, the bike lane must remain open. 
	• - We will have a "detour recommended" sign for bicyclists, and they will need to disembark.
	• - "rougue" bicyclists may take a tour of our camp.
	• - Have an AngelShift (in high-vis) to catch bicyclists and tell them to disembark
- Assigned a part of Wozniak field to the Scouts. Will leave Monday. Scouts will get wristbands provided by them. Their leaders will get Green MCH2022 wristbands

Stitch additions:
    - The milestone plan now contains a "strokenplanning", lists of deliveries of pickups per day. Use this to your advantage: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1GZwH9rW1VzBIDnSxF2xphCUioSGShFrc2B--l1ilbUk/edit#gid=1422939157
    - The field now contains: the road to parking, parking field, plates for containers, wooden floors for the track tents, Package for the Tapio Haapala village, toilets, water stuff
    - There will be an additional group of scouts on the Wozniak field
    - Permit got granted for the bridge over the dike, which was said to be impossible. The bridge has been rented still by van schie which we're happy with.
    - The bike road over the terrain needs to stay open, which will be funny
    - Help out on the 15th at 07:00
    - Shuttle vans have been rented, there will be a shuttle service
    - Trucks have been rented, the first hauls start the 14th: planning has been shared with everyone involved. Please check it for your times.
    - Daily meetings on the terrain will be at 10:00am, contains.

    - shifts get created in the angelsystem
    - please check your mails we've contacted some teams to ask if they need angels because they haven't send us a mail

== Badge: ==
    - Nice sweatshop, although one station was flashing an older version, which required a reflash (For future reference, something to keep in mind)
    - 3500 badges ready for the field, number of defects but some of those will come to life with small fixes @ camp
    - Strong pick-up on twitter. People are developing software on devices and simulator
    - working on furnishing & staffing badge tent

== Power: ==
    - Plan is ready. Check the plan at https://ralphw.stackstorage.com/s/power_distribution/ to see that you have the power you need
    - Plan will also be put in the WIKI
    - Limitted extension cords for MCH-owned tents (except for emergency lighting). Can only be arranged at last moment. Better to bring what you need to be sure
    - Team Warehouse is ordering power strips for those who ordered 'em. Prices for power strips are super-expensive (keep in mind for future events). Bring from home.
    - Team Warehouse will NOT provide LONG extension cords, due to cost.

    - released a new schedule last Sunday, will release a new schedule soon
    - recently added a talk that might get media attention
    - last minute change requests from speakers who will only attend at the end of the event and were scheduled in the first couple of days
    - a few withdrawels
    - some speakers got their Visa, others did not yet and soon it's not realistic anymore to get a Visa

== Deco ==
We are working on some really nice lighting projects and they will probably all arrive in time. We think you will love them.
Signage and the gate are underway too, will be finished in time but on the terrain itself.
Three cargo bikes have been rented, one is for Deco, the others will be made available through Warehouse.
Flags, banners and other printed goodies have arrived and are looking very nice.

We got 25+ secret tokens, we can still use more! We got some really nice submissions already, thanks all the teams which submitted one!
