[mch2022-orga] COVID-19 policy and request to wear masks in public tents

We are doing as Moem suggested. Just to clarify, we are asking people to please wear a mask, it’s still a request as it will be for the tents.
But we do really hope everyone will do it. And we strive to make it easy to do so.
