[mch2022-orga] Superspreading

Sorry for the wording of my previous mail; emotion got the better of me. Being stopped by someone when I was opening some sides pushed me over the edge.

The point still stands, though, I believe it's everyone's responsibility to keep things safe, especially when it comes to measures that we all know exactly how to take. So many orga people in that tent, only one fixing the ventilation (and being stopped). This is a job everyone can and should do, all the time and everywhere. I believe you should also wear a mask inside, but ventilation is the absolute minimum that we all must always take care of.

To the several people who suggested watching the streams as an alternative: the opening and closing mean a lot to me, but besides that, everyone should be able to attend the actual in-person conference parts without getting sick. We're not second class participants, but part of the orga and part of the event like everyone else. We're taking huge risks but we depend on everyone else to keep that risk manageable. Masks work, but not 100%.

Also, when superspreading occurs, that would not only turn the camp into an extreme hazard for vulnerable people (and really, if you're now thinking "stay home then", please never talk to me again), it would also severely compromise our ability to provide any regular service to visitors, and to do a proper teardown at all. Apparently many people have decided it's okay for themselves to get sick, but superspreading == shit-hits-fan, and must certainly NOT happen.
